އަޒަރުބައިޖާނުގެ ސަރުކާރު ސްކޫލުތަކުގައި ސެކިއުލާ ހެދުމުގެ ހަރުކަށި ގަވާއިދެއް ތަންފީޒުކޮށް، ދަރިވަރުން ބުރުގާ އެޅުން އަމަލީ ގޮތުން މަނާކުރުމާ ގުޅިގެން އެ ގައުމުގެ އާންމުންނާއި ދީނީ ހައްގުތަކަށް ވަކާލާތުކުރާ ފަރާތްތަކުގެ މެދުގައި ބޮޑު ނުރުހުމެއް އުފެދި، އިހުތިޖާޖުތައް ފެށިއްޖެއެވެ.
މިދިޔަ ސެޕްޓެމްބަރު މަހުގެ ފަހުކޮޅު އެ ގައުމުގެ ކަމާބެހޭ އިދާރާތަކުން ވަނީ ސަރުކާރު ސްކޫލުތަކުގެ ދަރިވަރުން ވަކި ހާއްސަ ޔުނީފޯމެއް އެޅުން ލާޒިމުކޮށް، އާންމު ތައުލީމުގައި ސެކިއުލަރިޒަމްގެ އުސޫލުތަކާ ހިލާފުވާ ހެދުން އެޅުން މަނާކުރާ ގަވާއިދެއް ފާސްކޮށްފައެވެ. މި ގަވާއިދުގެ ރަސްމީ ލިޔުމުގައި ސީދާ "ހިޖާބު" ނުވަތަ "ބުރުގާ" މި ލަފްޒު ބޭނުންކޮށްފައި ނުވި ނަމަވެސް، ސްކޫލުތަކުގެ އިދާރާތަކުން ދަނީ މި އުސޫލުގެ ދަށުން ބުރުގާ އަޅާ އަންހެން ދަރިވަރުން ސްކޫލުތަކަށް ވަނުމާއި ކްލާސްތަކުގައި ބައިވެރިވުން ހުއްޓުވަމުންނެވެ.
މި ނިންމުމާ ގުޅިގެން ސުމްގައިތާއި އެހެނިހެން ސަރަހައްދުތަކުގެ ސަރުކާރު ސްކޫލުތަކުގެ ގޭޓުތަކުން ބުރުގާ އަޅައިގެން ތިބި އަންހެން ކުދިން އަނބުރާ ފޮނުވާލާ މަންޒަރު ފެންނަ ވީޑިއޯތައް ސޯޝަލް މީޑިއާގައި ވަނީ އާންމުވެފައެވެ. މިއާއެކު އާންމުންނާއި، ދީނީ ހައްގުތަކަށް ވަކާލާތުކުރާ ފަރާތްތަކާއި އަދި އިސް ބޭފުޅުންގެ ފަރާތުން ސޯޝަލް މީޑިއާގައި ބޮޑެތި ފާޑުކިޔުންތަކެއް ވަނީ އަމާޒުވާން ފަށައިފައެވެ.

You're the president of the **REPUBLIC** of Azerbaijan. You can oppose your people's beliefs, you can deny your nation's #Islamic roots, you can despise your traditions in envy of the "oh so illustrious" West. But you cannot disrespect your citizens like their voice doesn't mean anything.

You were born with a gold spoon in your mouth. Never experienced a day of hardship in your life. So, who are you to make that decision for them? For their mothers and fathers? Who are you to separate them from their teachers and classmates? Why are you so scared of a piece of clothing?
God forbid, when the next war comes tomorrow and the enemy surrounds your palace in #Baku, how will you convince your citizens to put their lives on the line for you when you're not defending their religious freedoms today?
How will you convince Azeri troops that you're worthy of their #ISLAMIC martyrdom when you kick their little sisters out of schools for covering their heads?
How will you talk them into valuing you when you dismiss their values so easily?
Just curious... Did you ban the yamakah too? Are Jewish students at the Chabad Ohr Avner Jewish Day School in Baku, for example, now required to take off THEIR religious clothing?
If not, then what is your problem with #Muslims in particular? Who are you serving? Your own people, or a foreign power? Whose bidding are you really doing?

ފާޑުކިޔާ ފަރާތްތަކުން ފާހަގަކުރާ ގޮތުގައި މި ގަވާއިދުގެ ނޭދެވޭ އަސަރު އެންމެ ބޮޑަށް ކުރަނީ ގައުމުގެ އަޣުލަބިއްޔަތު އޮންނަ މުސްލިމުންނަށެވެ. އަޒަރުބައިޖާނުގެ އާބާދީގެ 98.8 އިންސައްތައަކީ މުސްލިމުން ކަމަށްވާއިރު، އެ ގައުމުގެ ކޮންމެ ފަސް އަންހެނުންގެ ތެރެއިން އެކަކު ބުރުގާ އަޅައެވެ. ނަމަވެސް މި ގަވާއިދު ހިންގަނީ ހަމައެކަނި އާންމު ތައުލީމުދޭ ސްކޫލުތަކަށް ކަމަށްވުމުން، މަދު ދީންތަކަށް ހާއްސަ ޕްރައިވެޓް ސްކޫލުތަކަށް—މިސާލަކަށް ބާކޫގައި ހުންނަ "ޗަބާދު އޯހްރް އަވްނަރ" ޔަހޫދީ ސްކޫލު ފަދަ ތަންތަނަށް—މި ގަވާއިދު ނުހިނގާ މައްސަލައިގައި ވެސް ސުވާލުތައް ވަނީ އުފައްދައިފައެވެ.
މި މައްސަލައަކީ އަޒަރުބައިޖާނުގައި ދީނީ މިނިވަންކަމާއި ސަރުކާރުން ތަންފީޒުކުރާ ސެކިއުލަރިޒަމާ ދެމެދު އޮތް ޒަމާންވީ ނުތަނަވަސްކަން އަލުން ފެންމަތިވި ކަމެކެވެ. މީގެ ކުރިން 2010 ވަނަ އަހަރު ވެސް މިފަދަ ޔުނީފޯމް އުސޫލުތަކެއް ތައާރަފުކުރުމާ ގުޅިގެން މުޅި ގައުމުގައި ވަރުގަދަ މުޒާހަރާތަކެއް ހިނގައި، ސިޔާސީ ހައްޔަރުކުރުންތަކެއް ހިނގާފައިވެއެވެ. މި ފަހަރު ވެސް ބުރުގާ މަނާކުރުމާ ދެކޮޅަށް އެ ގައުމުގައި ދަނީ އިހުތިޖާޖުގެ އަޑުތައް ގަދަވަމުންނެވެ.
